Adult Hockey
2025 Mid-South Ice House Adult Hockey League
Current Season: Jan 12th – May 4th
We would like to thank the players who have been committed to playing at the Mid-South house. You guys and girls are important assets to keeping amateur hockey in the Mid-South. We appreciate your business and commitment to growing the game! Adult Hockey is on Sundays, running up to 6 afternoon/evening games. We use the 11:00 am, 12:15, 4:15, 5:30, 6:45, 8, 9:15 & 10:30 pm time slots.
We have (3) Divisions: Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. We offer both team-based and individual-based registration formats. Players can be added to roster by team captains. If affiliated with no team, players may register individually as “Free Agents”, in which case a player can be assigned to or drafted by a team. If there are enough undrafted free agents to form one or more teams, we will identify team captains and create “Free Agent teams”. Individual fees & any late fees must be paid prior to the first game for a free agent to be eligible to play (no exceptions).
We also have a 35-and-older Division (35+ Division) where participants register individually and then teams are selected each week (e.g. the teams are different each week). 35+ runs from 8:00 pm – 9:15 pm on Thursday evenings.

Novice
The Novice division may be comparable to traditional “D” level adult house league teams. A portion of the player base has 5+ years of adult hockey experience while the rest consists of players with 1-5 years of entry level playing experience as an adult.
Time Slots: Rotating on Sunday starting between 11:00 am – 10:30p
Teams: 5 teams
Intermediate
The Intermediate division may be comparable to traditional “C” level adult house league teams. The majority of the player base has 5+ years of adult hockey experience. Some players may have high school, competitive midget or Junior C. experience.
Time Slots: Rotating on Sunday between 12:15-10:30p
Teams: 7 teams
Advanced
The Advanced division may be comparable to traditional “A/B” level adult house league teams. The majority of the player base has 10+ years of adult hockey experience. Some players may have Division 1, Junior A, competitive high school experience or above.
Time Slots: Rotating on Sunday between 12:15-10:30p
Teams: 3 teams
35+
The 35+ division is comprised of 35 & older players of all skill levels. Players play on Thursday nights from 8-9:15p.
Hockey Academy
Classes focus on core skills such as skating, sticking handling, passing and shooting.
Time: Tuesday 6:45-7:30p
Cost: $160/8 week session or $145 with earlybird

Adult Hockey Clinics
This class is geared towards players ready to make the jump into Adult Leagues or players that already play in the leagues.
Class time (Summer): Monday 9:15-10:15p
Cost: $18/session on a per session basis

Free Agents – You will be required to create a Daysmart account and sign up for a USA Hockey #.
